Refund policy

Because most Lumaku Studio items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing or personal preference. We encourage you to check our size guide before ordering.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• Your order doesn’t arrive within a reasonable delivery window

To report an issue, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll respond within 2 business days and process approved replacements or refunds within 5–7 business days.
